The courts sentenced Tony Martin for manslaughter and he got a couple of years in the big house. Now the courts use rules pre-set by the powers that be. This power is presently the Cliff Richard loving Prime Ministers, also known as Bush’s little rape tool. Now this feller has the power to change the laws and give the British public the power to protect ourselves. However since he has 24-hour security, a police man standing outside his house night and day and huge fences at either end of his street – he doesn’t need any more security therefore doesn’t alter the rules to make people less afraid of stopping a burglar in case they get arrested for it.
Now it isn’t just the fact I think the prime minister is a spineless wimp who is simply a puppet, controlled by George Bush and his gurning wife. I think the courts system is bang out of order. You may have heard about the burglar who sued someone because they fell through a skylight when they were about to rob them. How the hell is that justice? Do we all have to prepare our roofs just in case a criminal fancies a prowl around our premises? Should we leave a window open just in case they fancy a quick browse around our house? Heck, should we wait up and help them load our stuff into a truck for them as to not offend them?
Tony Martin had every right to protect his property however he felt necessary. People will argue that he should have shot to wound the perpetrator but if its 3am, you’ve been woken up by a disturbance in your house, you’re tired and it is dark, then how the hell are you expected to think clearly? He probably couldn’t even see the young scummy villain clearly.
Maybe we should all get police men to stand outside our houses just like Mr Blair, or perhaps he could stop holidaying with aging pop stars and start doing his job correctly and running the flaming country correctly!
> Exceot he waited in a dark corner and shot the guy in the back.
