My firewall blocks that number from being sent without my permission and notified me of an attempt to get that number. I blocked it, took note of the IP and traced it.
Here are the results:

hmmm...
For example, someone using Kazaa or some similar p2p program disconnects from the net.
Their IP is resused by someone connecting shortly after.
Lots of people decide they want files from the first user and try to download them.
It appears as a security alert on your firewall.

What was the point in him doing that? Some people are so pathetic! I really don't understand why people even bother with the likes of viruses and hacking etc, there's just no point.
