I am trying to add the meta tag for the webtools account, going to sound dumb again but i am not sure where to find this html

Copy the meta tag listed below and paste it in your site's home page in the first section of the page, before the first section

I looked at the html on the home page but cant see the head + Body bit

Any advice (Tried searching using hmms search coudnt find anything but sure its there somewhere)
