I've only recently started using this and have already managed to screw up the default settings. Originally everything I viewed opened up on a separate tabbed canvas and I could just click the tabs to jump between pages.
I've lost this and I don't know how I did it so I cannot get it back. I've checked the help files but haven't been able to find a solution.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry Miserableman, we posted at same time so I missed your reply. It was in
View, page bar, top.

Doesn't matter - I found the blinking thing.
If you've lost the page bar (which displays all the tabs), you can click View->Page Bar->Top/Bottom/whatever to reshow it. To stop Opera opening new pages in new Windows, click File->Preferences->Windows, and uncheck Open Pages in new Window.
