Hi everyone,
I figured it was time to start selling my items on my own website, and after scouring the internet for weeks on end, I came upon this site. Reasonable pricing, seems simple enough to sort..."Webpages in minutes", the tutorial said!
Hmmm, well, being the 110% novice that I am, I am falling at the first hurdle. Webpages. All I want is simple, or so I thought. Not so. I want my pictures going down the left side with a little about the item and price just next to it. Why is that so hard to do. I have tried to do the blank page and add columns and such with the table, but then when I add my pictures (which I am having to resize, not easy when you have literally 100's, and is very time consuming!) I cannot place the writing next to it. Why is there no template of this design? It would make a lot of novices like myself lives a lot easier.
Also, the part about emails. Do I put my existing email address, or do I have a new one with my domain name?
I am so confused, and after being at this aaaalll day, and some, I am really ready to give up, bite the bullet and ask for a refund because I am so thick. I just wish I knew someone who could do this for me!!

Hopefully I will be able to answer your query. If you are creating a standard page there are 2 templates that have images down the left or right with text next to them. You simply need to replace the placeholder images with your own. You are right though that the templates could be improved with the text being cells as well.
I'm not sure what you are referring to when you talk about email address. Is this for a contact pages? If so this can be any email address you want contact requests sent to.
The next update of InstantPro is due soon (just going through final testing) and this adds the ability to resize images as soon as you've uploaded them so if you could wait a week or 2 perhaps you could try it out and see whether it helps.
