'The Fear'.
What is this 'fear' of which I speak?
It's when you stand at a urinal, sometimes at work, sometimes in public places, like pubs and restaurants.
Anyway, you're doing what nature intended you to do. Emptying your bladder, we'll say for now. Then what happens?
Oh no! It's the auto-flush!
Suddenly gushes of water run down the basin, filling up the urinal. These things have been designed not to overflow, but when you're also filling it?
The water level continues to rise, and you think it's going t come over, and soak your shoes. You'd stop what you were doing if you could, but you can't, and you prepare to face the inevitable.
Then suddenly, the flush stops. The water level returns to normal. Your feet remain dry.
So finish your business, and don'tforget to wash your hands.
You have just experienced 'the fear'.
