This has really been bugging me for ages. Could anyone just quickly give me an idea of how to make a vcs that will play on a home dvd player? I have .mpeg files but i just don't know how to make it to play on a dvd player. Could anyone help please???
How about adding text to a MPEG movie? So I can title a few little movies that I've got?
Again VirtualDub can open MPEG iirc, as can FlaskMPEG.

You can use stuff like VirtualDub if you want good quality.
Get Nero and use the wizard.
