Anyone ever been sectioned or know someone who has? What's it like? What happens?

er you are supposed to be confined for your own protection, its not like a prison but they monitor you while you are unstable. Depends what its for, you can get sectioned for being insane and violent in which case you'd get closely confined or for something like anorexia you could get sectioned for your own good just to help you get back into a fit state of mind.
