My internet service has been so reliable for years, but now in the last 6 months is realy poor. Its off more fridays and itermittant on the weekends.
Anybody else having any problems ?
I Log on to to status page from my phone and it says all running fast and no problems but not on my freeola connection, but hhats not right.

You may have to try a few times but please try running a BT speed test at speedtester.bt.com. If you could record the results in the evening and in the morning that would be great. If you could get back to use here or via a support ticket here then we will try to look into this for you.
Dont know, tried that page and logging in just get bad request.
Your line looks pretty good to me - better than mine :¬(
Do you know if you are on IPSC or WBC and which node you are on?
More info here: connection info (IPSC related but the tips on getting more info from your connection will/should show if you are on IPSC or WBC).
Some nodes are under more pressure than others.

Forgot to say the connection is permanent, router connecting and aquiring IP address and everthing, its just getting any web pages.

My Freeola connection is running fine - but there are lots of reasons why you could be having problems!
It would be useful if you could post your 'line statistics' which will help people see what's going on with your connection.
Line stats = Attenuation/SNR/Sync - that you get from your router.
