well i've got this Batman comic from Aug '96 and.But it is'nt like the normal batman in this there is alot of killing and blood and guts.I just wanted to know if anyone else had this and how much is it worth.I've also got A bunch of Edgar Rice Brroughs Tarzan comics that are 31-32 years old.they are all in mint condition and I just wanted to know how much you would pay for a comic that old.(not to buy just an opinion cause I'm looking to sell a few).
A look on the comics sites based in the US shows any Tarzan comic of that set to be around $15-10 a piece but bear in mind that is ONLY if they genuinelly are what the comic industry terms near mint. This means no fading, no rips, no tearing, no rusting of staples, no marks anywhere, no defacing of any page or cover, only minor folds on the spine etc. Then you have the added problem that the only way you're likely to sell is online, where comic prices are low at the moment.
The Batman is unlikely to be of anything more than a few pounds value, anything after #262 is worth very little with odd exceptions - the content is meaningless as Batman is pretty much a violent comic now anyway. Post here which issue it is and I can give you a dollar value for it based on what Wizard (comics magazine) say.

They don't go for much unless they are important issues (Issue 1, first appearance of new characters, signed, special covers etc)
