My mate Craig (Poogash) has his graduation today. As part of the proceedings the University is giving a celebrity some sort of honourary degree for work in their particular field. Today Bradford University will be honouring:

Excellent. Brian Blessed is the king of over-the-top acting. Better than Jim Carrey or Bruce Campbell.

My spiteful ex went to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and got him to autograph my Flash Gordon DVD I left at hers.
She doesn't even like Flash Gordon or Brian Blessed. And she rang to tell me, knowing I'd be trying to utilise eye-death-lasers down the phone at her.

Still, 2 weeks later I made a point of bagging her best mate. So all's fair.
I'd still like that DVD though.
