I have just tried to add mysql to my beta account and the verified by visa confirmation page has crashed as below:

Verified by Visa pages are controlled by your bank (hence the Windows server IIS error, we only run unix servers) so it seems like they may have broken something! Unfortunately if you have enrolled in Verified by Visa already you aren't meant to be able to bypass it when purchasing online. If it happens when you retry then you will have to give us a call and we can put the payment through over the phone.
I'll try again tomorrow during sensible hours.
