I hate that feeling when you are saturated in your own sweat.
The baby woke up for her feed a little while ago,and now I'm wide awake too.
try a cold water bottle. or put a towel on your pillow and wet a flannel, put it on your head. wear as few clothes as possible. be careful of the flannel thing because it can give you head chills and you can get ill.
Hold your breath and count to 3000, solves all known health problems.....
