I've been doing some reading up on ALT.
I've also noticed that Columbo almost lives at 90%+ capacity.
ALT has just again capped me at 3.5Mb. I'm usually getting between 11 - 13Mb now.
Apart from the other day when I did a big download, I'm not a high bandwidth user.
I read that ALT initially caps the higher sync rate connections (like mine), then others.
Something tells me Entanet needs to invest in more capacity for Columbo at least.
