I've got a Dreamcast, and I'm sorry, but the truth is that I love the games on it. I'm not saying that all the other consoles are bad, just that I love my Dreamcast (but not in *that* way)
Sega will do the right thing by dropping the dreamcast's price and letting more people buy it as a bargain console that can still perform well against all the others, then they will be able to sell a lot more software (which they will eventually specialise in) and make a profit again.
Sega know that to accumulate you have to speculate and they will do well out of a decision to sell cheap dreamcasts and a budget games selection to anyone who can't afford a full price console. Good luck to them, I say.

I feel a bit gutted having bought one last week at 100, but that was just bad timing on my part.
What games in particular do you like then, because I've got MSR and Shenmue but am at a loss for advice on what to get next. PSO is one for sure, but are there any really decent RPG's out on the DC?
