Right, through my lame job I now have blisters on both of my index fingers, quite a big one on the left, just a small one on the right.
I'll be needing to use my fingers tomorrow.

When I was five my I cut my finger on a thorn and it turned into a blister or spot type thingy McThing, anyway, it filled with pus and my mum took me to the doctors, she said it wouldn't hurt. Oh God, the pain. They took a needle and dug it out of my finger, I could practically see the bone. The moral: Parents lie to make you suffer...
Take the skin off, so it can heal. You could stick a plaster on, or you could try and act hard, and wince everytime you pick something up (depending on where they are)
I had one on the inside of my thumb from digging and carting a wheelbarrow around. Couldn't do anything without wincing like a little girl.

The big one is gone.
The only blisters I've had before have been from basketball (frequently), when my feet were sweaty and I never noticed the liquid.
That's the first time I've seen a blister drain properly.

Excllent. I have some lose skin flapping around now, but I think that was for the best.

I always pop 'em. I just pull the skin up, and they burst. Nice.
Pierce them with a sterilised pin/needle and push the gunk out.
Pick them OBV.
if you pop them they'll hurt tomorrow, however my personal preference would be to pop them anyway, as I can't stand having disgusting looking protrusions on my skin.
