Just wondered if anyone has an answer to this one, I have a script that writes back to an html page located in htdocs or at least it used to...upgraded to VIP account and now its a no go. I have tried sticking the "to be written to file" in a sub folder under htdocs and even under cgi-bin but still no good...any ideas.

Apologies for the difficulty you are having getting your script to work. Please could you raise a support ticket here detailing your VIP number and the script files this problem is effecting. Ask for it to be forwarded to our systems department and they will take a look at it on Monday.
