Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work.

There was one file in the cookies folder which I couldn't delete!

It was the index file!

Is it an important file or shall I remove the write protect?

Go to find in the start menu, files and folders, and search for reserve.

Then delete anything with the word reserve in it that may be a culprit.

Obviously don't go deleting work or stuff... :D

If you are trying to fix you reply problem, try wiping it, i shouldnt think it would do anything, I always wipe my cookies everyso often.
