It's about an ex-cop turned private investigator who, as last night's pilot episode showed, suffers a near death experience as he attempts to stop a child abductor. The two fight on a rooftop and he is stabbed, nearly thrown over the side, but instead catapults the abductor over the edge before collapsing himself. As he lies, dead, in the operating theatre after being found, he leaves his body and goes out into the corridor in the hospital and sees his own son, who disappeared two years ago, calling him from the end of the corridor, but he is then sucked back into his body. After that he finds that he can hear the dead sometimes, and see them.
It's hard to explain but last night's show was pretty good considering it was a pilot. Whilst it sounds a tad cliche here it did work pretty well on screen, plus the music was okay as well, bit "Millennium" like.
Anyone else see it ?
"Zombie Cop" - now THAT I would watch.
Randall & Hopkirk: Not quite deceased?
Sounds aces!
