It should be recognized the degree of professionalism they offer.
The unofficial support here on the forums is outstanding. The official channel is to log a support ticket (so that the incident can be tracked and logged etc), but the assistance offered here is just as good as placing a support call. The response times are very prompt.
When phoning support, they are exceptionally knowledgeable and polite, and go that extra bit to find out information for you, and keep track of your account.
I have used Freeola for 10 years plus, and will not be going anywhere soon.
