Long subject line I know, but I wondered if there was a program I could set up to notify me (email or pop up) if a web page is updated/changed to save me keep checking back/F5'ing.

Thanks

Mozilla will also automatically check web pages for updates for you.

cjh, your spot on (again) does exactly as I want it to.

Thanks, give yourself a pay rise.

Instructions if anyone else is interested

To make an existing favorite item available offline

On the Favorites menu, click Organize Favorites.
Click the page you want to make available offline.
Select the Make available offline check box.
To specify a schedule for updating that page, and how much content to download, click Properties.

.. I'm sure this is built into Internet Explorer, something about being able to inform you when a page in your favorites has been alered .. havea browse through the help file.

I think it is refered to as 'sync' or 'syncronising'. (SP?))

What do you mean?

Some sites have got a mailing list that may tell you when they update it...

Not sure if there's a program though.
