Any advice?
Drums, CB Drums CB Beginners Drum Kit... cheap... realising how much of a no idea I really have.
Obviously I'll have to move the bookshelf, but you probably knew that.
I wouldn't be playing at the moment though, my head is pounding... urgh...
Just gotta convince parents that it's a necessary purchase. Or just set them up, start playing, and let them find out for themselves I'm learning the drums.
Guess I need some room in here too.
However, if you look around, you'll usually find kits for about £350-£450
Important though you make sure it comes with cymbals and hi-hats because some kits don't.
What is your budget anyway?
Here's mine:

Just add a bunch more cymbals, another floor tom and mounted bongos above the hi-hat.
Drums rule
Only know one person with one, and they live well out of town, so it's not something I can just have a crack at occasionally. I'm also still getting over my whole fear of people laughing at me for sucking so badly - only played on a stage once, and that went ok, so I think I'm getting better, realisation that it really doesn't matter if they do.. No way I can justify buying my own, hard enough saving for a new guitar as it is, but I'm determined to find some somewhere.
G'won Grix, buy it by the end of july so I can have a thrash ;) Do a soundtrack for the movie.
Now buy it together with the 'copter so you can fly over here and practise with us, not taking my amp to bloody Wales on the train =P
Seriously, excellent, enjoy - but don't ignore that guitar completely.
