Finally the hollywood fat cats have learnted that the day of the on going hero is dead.
In the last few years we have seen majour stars having their film characters killed of by the end of the film.
A few examples are Arnie in End of days, Rustle Crowe in Gladiator and Kevin Spacie in American Beauty.
Finally we can watch a film where we are never sure what the ending will be like, unlike the old days where it was certain that the hero would save the world, get the girl and come out at the end without a hair out of place.
I'm not saying those films weren't enjoyable, i just think it is a breath of fresh air to finally have fims with a belivable ending.
Keep it up hollywood. Death to more film stars!!

After watching Titanic, I too left the cinema in floods of tears... although probably for a different reason? :)

Indeed we do, and your opinion is no less worthy in my eyes simply because I don't agree with it. If we all shared the same opinion, what a boring world this would be!

Maybe if I'd have seen it at the cinema it might have helped, but I saw it on VCR, and only then because my girlfriend at the time (now my wife) said I should give it a chance.

So I gave it a chance, and it wasn't for me.

Are there any girls

I think SNIPER usually scares them off ;0)

We all have a right to our own opinions meka_dragon, and that I guess, is exactly what this site is all about.

So bearing that in mind, I would have to say that, I think you would have been much better off if you had switched the Titanic off after the 'first 5 minutes', instead of putting yourself through the 'misfortune' of watching the 'worst film' you have ever seen.

Are there any girls here at all? One girl alone in a man's world can not survive! Come on girlies, help me out here!

Titanic is one of the worst films I've ever had the misfortune to see.

The film may have been better had Leo have died in the first 5 minutes, but I doubt it.

I can't believe they wasted the opportunity for disaster on a stupid, boring love story.

I thought Arlington Road had a nice twist at the end, but then that film twisted all the way through so you never really knew what to expect from the ending.

I thought Pulp Fiction was cool in that some major stars got whacked in the first 10 minutes or so, that was a nice touch, unexpected yet.....satifying in a way.

And it ain't just the girlies that get a bit weepy when their heart throbs get snuffed, I get a tear in my eye every time Wily Coyote bites the dust in Roadrunner... :-)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
