If you look at the usa, you can get a 1Gb stick of Pc2100 DDR for $82 (around £49.40) and from the UK you are looking at £195!
Thats a massive saving of £145 from the USA. Insane really!
I's true, the USA get pc parts at least 50% cheaper than we do. How silly is that?
Eg, $50 may be £33 or so, however $50 is actually WORTH more to someone in the US than £33 does to us due to how the whole economy works. When you compare prices, by chance, you're looking more like 1:1.

If you see a stick of PC2100 on sale for $80, stay the fook away as it'll be as generic and dodgy as hell.
