It's called SubUrbia and is from the genius behind the likes of Dazed And Confused and Slacker, Richard Linklater. It's really quite hard to find, especially as there's another film of the same name.

I've tried eBay and nope. Either VHS or DVD I'm not fussed. Can anyone be of any help?
