I got this CD today, felt like a change from the explicitness of Method man/2Pac.

Quite good, it's a lot more moral based than other CDs, songs 1, 2, 3 and 15 all rock, some of the others are painful though.

Anyone else got it?

Sounds rubbish

I started liking song 5. I can't see why it's got Explicit Content though, I heard about 4 swear words tops, unless they did it for the moral of song 6.

Just realised I was talking about Soundbombing 2, not 3. 3's good too though, love the Talib Kweli track on it.

Lounge 1 + 2 are good as well, the 2nd lounge is worth the price of admission alone just for 'Pharoahe Monch & Mos Def - Oh No' excellent track.

Another CD i'd recommend is 'Mad Skillz' album coming up later this year from Rawkus, if the stuff of his that i've heard already is anything to go by then this it's gonna be one hell of an album.

Aha, Soundbombing is very good, the third being the best so far. See also: Lyricists Lounge I & II.

If you like that you'd probably like the album called 'Rawkus Presents : SOund Bombing 3' it's a mixture of artists. Few big names on there like Pharoahe Monch, Mos Def, Eminem then there's a load of more underground artists.

Excellent chilled out Hip Hop, some of the best lyrycists (sp?) in the business.

Well I've seen them live. Beat that.

I think they're crap though.

Thats how much I paid for it - and mine was second hand. What a rip.

Anyway, if you liked it I'd recommend you keep a look out for Ugly Duckling, Jurassic 5 or People Under The Stairs. Ask to listen to them in the shop before you buy because it might not be what you like but they're similar to Dilated Peoples.

It was either that or 2Pac, but I want to make sure I get the best 2pac album, i dont want them all.

I don't like it because the sample running through it is overused and old.

How much did you get it for?

I hate Trade Money.

Live on Stage and Wor.. song 2 (i forget its title) are the best.
