Yes, and you can tell that by the story that has been devolving.

The stuff he's come out with in season 9 has been great. I think that he really has been the star of that season.
He has become great in series 9. But before that he was just known for being pretty and thick.
I got them all on video, shop brought, except for season 9. I'll be getting them at christmas. Too hard to really pick a fav episode. Fav character has to be Joey. He get's some of the classic lines.
