Anyone do it this year? It goes past the bottom of my road, and I always mean to sign up but I never do. Me and my gf actually got caught in it on the way back from a barbecue we went to, it's quite intimidating being surrounded by riders when you have someone else to look out for - you constantly have to be aware of all riders around you, all riders around your girlfriend and what any of these stupid people might conceivably do. Coming up to a junction is the worst - the traffic light was going red, I had cyclist all around me and I didn't know whether to stop and risk being shunted from behind, or carry on and plough into the guy ahead. Cyclists generally don't realise the two second rule applies to them as well :O|
