Jimmy Chamberlain (in all seriousness, one of the best I've ever heard)

hehe, i couldn't decide, Nirvana and Guns N Roses were my 2 favourite bands when i was about 12/13 so those were quite personal choices....
but i've been so much more involved with music production/performance and stuff since that i had to give top spot to technical ability... plus i love double kick drums.. VERY metal :)

I was just going to bring up the Def Lep drummer. It's one of the most farcical things ever. If you actually listen to the drumming on one of their tracks it's unbelievably slow - probably slower than most drummers could manage with one arm. It's about a beat every second. Absolute rubbish he is.

Rick Allen got tried for trying to strangle his ex-wife in the toilet of an airport in America. Imagine trying to strangle someone with one arm!

Another drummer I think deserves respect is Rick Allen of Def Leppard. Not only is he a good drummer, hes good with just one arm.
