How often is it that a truly excellent game come out. One worthy of your hard earned cash a must have, that you will play for hours on end. I think that it is the small things the added detail, an attack or something that sets it apart from the other games on the shelf. Most games have a little thing special to them something unique but without a good support the game is made worthless. My favourite games are the ones that you can play with your mates, something that makes you laugh or something that puts you on the edge. But for single player games its different, they need that little bit more detail a shadow here a reflection there can make the difference between a technical masterpiece and a robotic monotonus game. Its also the unknown like perfect dark where you can do your own thing like and still complete the mission the things that make perfect dark so gpod is not only a full story line but having to use IR-Scanners and infra-red goggles those things that give it that edge of uncertainty, was that movement? where did that come from?. If your asking yourself those questions while playing a game that is what truly makes it a classic game.
