I think it's pretty much been already said, but you can't go wrong with Bruce Lee or older Jackie Chan films.
Armour of God, Drunken Master, Young Master, My Lucky Stars, Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars, Wheels on Meals, Operation Condor, Police Story 1, 2, 3, Project A 1 & 2 are great Jackie Chan films.
Of that lot I'd have to mostly recommend the Police Story series and Project A series as the classics.
The Big Boss, Enter the Dragon, Fist of Fury and Way of the Dragon are great Bruce Lee films.
