Yeah, firstly content is the key and I try hard to keep that to a good, respectable standard. I agree with your points there. I'll try and see what I can do as the links may be a bit crowded and colour scheme needs adjusting methinks.

SO, I have to say that it looks pretty proffesional.
Just change the face of the site (colours, presentation, etc), and you'll have a pretty great site there mate.
