Dreambox? Xcast?!? Despite a recent denial by Micrososft, the rumors of a Dreamcast within and X-Box just dont seem to be laying down to die...
"In our interview with J Allard 2 weeks ago, the General Manager of the Xbox project reflected on Sega: "Hmm. That [Sega coming to Xbox] would be cool. I've got a lot of respect for those guys that's all I'll say. I've been enjoying their products for 20 years and those guys know how to write a great game. Virtua Tennis is brilliant, they've done some great work on Dreamcast and in the arcade at the moment and the rumour of them becoming a software company and going cross-platform couldn't excite us more... Provided they come to Xbox of course! (laughs)."
The X-Boxs ability to play GD-Roms via software configuration, that even though the X-Box could easily software emulate the Dreamcast...
A Dreamcast PC card is on the way, which given the X-Boxs hardware spec, could require almost no alteration to the setup...
Dreamcast games will be in production right up until the Xbox arrives in Europe....
It wont be the firt time Microsoft have said one thing, and then done completly the opposite...
