I don't know if anyone can help me but my friend has been asking me about broadband. Their BT exchange is to be ADSL enabled this coming Wednesday.
What we would like to know is about the cost side of things.
Will they still need to pay their normal phone bill on top of the broadband monthly fee or does the broadband fee include all phone rental with the exception of normal phone calls?
Basically do they need to still keep paying the normal phone bill as well as the new broadband monthly fee.

Yep, you still have to pay your normal bill for line rental and voice calls.
