You have the US Quake 3? Set up your BT Internet account using the ISP configuration tool in the game - Seganet is valid for US citizens only.
Right, when you get the US version of Phantasy Star Online, make sure you have the file on your VMU when you create a character in PSO (it takes up 45 blocks).
What will happen is that, PSO will read the VMU and see that you have an ISP already setup and will allow you to select it from the online option in the game.
Lemme tell you, PSO OWNS!
Check out http://ggx.gamecombos.com for an idea of how deep the fighter system is in the game.
Not to mention the fact that it looks darn tasty too :)
