We don't see each others votes. Not until at least after the notable has been elected. That wasy there is no tactical voting and it is more fairer.

Maybe the staffies should pick 10 worthy candidates for becoming a Notable, and then we have to choose the one that we think deserves it more.

It should be like a poll, where 20 candidates are voted in by the people. THe top 20 numbers of votes are calculted by the staff and a poll is made. (A LITTLE bit more work, but, well)

And then everyone votes for these, "candidates". It would stop me (other people who DID actually vote) from voting for people who ninety nine percent of the forumers hate.
