I didn't come up with it. A lecturer at uni pointed it out, seems any product that uses the Microsoft HTML rendering libraries can't handle it.

I know SR don't allow HTML to be used in posts, thats why I posted it here.
I was just showing some of the folk that there are bugs in some HTML codes that browsers can't handle.
