I remember a little while ago there was some thread about the meaning of life.
Someone (possibly Borat) offered that the purpose of life was to 'get away with it'. One of the examples was even going to an exam underprepared and getting away with it.
I don't know (I never can really predict them), but I think I may have done just that this morning.
2 of 3 questions went okay. On the last one, I started not knowing what I could say after answering half the essay question.
But as I wrote it all fitted together, and it could have been the best answer I've given in any exam in my degree.
(Or it might be lame, I never can tell, but I think it ruled, and I got the feeling I usually get with coursework that gets firsts).
I won't know whether I've got away with it until results come out, but with one exam to go, if my dissertation and 2 other exams this semester have gone as I expect/hope, I still have a shot at a 2:1.
And that's enough like getting away with it for me to see that it truely is one of the best things ever...

I really don't have a clue what result I'm looking at yet, I'm just damned glad its over with. Unfortunately jackass here still has one core module to catch up, so the true celebration will have to be put on ice.

Sometimes its down to the markers. On a philosophy module I got a U. On the retake I wrote EXACTLY the same answer again. Must've been a different market because I got a D.
