Is it possible to upload realplayer videos / and how do you create an extra page to put them on like an Information Page? Can't add it to any of the exsisting pages...?

I'm assuming you are referring to an 'Instant Site'?
Looking on the Tutorials page it doesn't look as if 'Real' files are supported.
It mentions:

QuickTime (.aac, .qt and .mov)
Flash (.swf)
Shockwave (.dcr, .dir and .dxr)
Windows Media (.wma, .asf)

Perhaps you could look at converting your file into another supported format?
