Impressive.
Reloaded is probably a very good film, but it will take Revolutions to show it. It can't survive on its own like the original film can, even disregarding the cliffhanger. It needs the last film to make sense of it.
This is my short review:
Action scenes = brilliant
Everything else = mediocre to crap
