So, if Agent Smith working for the Machines still or does he have his own agenda now? I didn't get that part, also, how come he can clone himself now?
At the end, Neo chose to save Trinity over creating a new Matrix. So how is it that Zion and the Matrix wasn't completely destroyed? Or was there something that I missed?
At the VERY end, Neo managed to create his own EMP to destroy the sentinels. I know he is the One, but in the outside world I thought he was powerless. One theory I have is that the real world is in fact another Matrix, the second of the six the Architect was talking about. As each new Matrix was created, it was built on top of the old Matrix and so whenever you unplug into the 'real world' it is in fact the previous matrix. Any comments?
