"Who!?" I hear a mass collective cry. That bloke who sings songs like "pigeons in flight". Did a programme where he toured around bus stops with his mate on a camcorder. Really funny, but in his new show he plays a security guard - have to see what it's like before I comment. Funniest ever live standup I've ever seen was Al Murray - before he did that crappy show for Sky One, which was his 2 hour set stretched over about 20 episodes.

I wouldn't call him "student comedy". He's in the same vein as Alan Partridge - an embarassing, out of his depth middle-aged man. Hopefully this'll be funnier than the new series of Partridge though.
I dont get student comedy at all.
