I have just migrated to Freeola overnight from Nildram. Can anyone tell me if upload bandwidth is included in your monthly allowance or is it just downward traffic that is counted?
That's right. Anything you download/upload after 10pm (until 8am the next morning) will come out of your 300 GB allowance.

Thanks Boom... So as long as I upload overnight, this will come out of my 300 gig allowance...Through the day would come out of my 30 gig allowance?
