It's just yesterday i found the msn messenger script and it stopped my computer working for ten minutes while trying to open it. Now my theory is that if everyone tried to open this script at the same time then the whole system would crash.

Would this happen?

If so what would happen?

Would it be funny?

My school keep the location of the server room a closely guarded secret, seriously no one knows where it is!

And it's probably password protected like the crappy RM computers at my school. If you open loads of the same script (and I mean LOADS) it may crash it, but you're likely to be caught, especially at my school. When techies leave the server room they lock the door :|

Perhaps if you could drive or fly the school, then possibly yes.

It wouldn't crash, it would just try to process all the documents, giving eash a certain amount of time ie it would take ages but nothing would crash.

I am also guessing that they could find out quite easily who had tried to do what. So if you e-mail folk telling them to do it then they wouldn't be very happy with you.

Yeah!

I don't even know where the server room is though... It probably shouldn't be hard to find soon as it has like 26 huge hard drives (one for each letter, eg, a, b, c...)

Good good... I estimated that there are about 500 computers in the school, and i'm sure that the server room couldn't handle all of it.

It would be so funny. Especially if we totally broke the computers.

Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
