Watched it again last night and wrote the spoilers, for the benefit of people such as Stryke :)

The film opens with Trinity riding her motorcycle into a building, blowing it to pieces and then knocks out every guard in the area. With “I’m in”, it is clear that she has entered the Matrix.
Neo then has a dream of Trinity dying painfully at the hands of an agent. The Nebuchenezzar with Neo, Trinity, Morpheus etc. is flying through the air. Link says there is high sentinel activity. Morpheus thinks that Link doesn’t trust him. It appears that Neo has been having these dreams for a long time. Niobe then briefs everyone about their situation – the machines are digging to Zion. A figure that is obviously Agent Smith arrives and hands a letter to one of the resistance. The letter has something, which alarms Neo – he tells them to retreat to their bunks – the agents are coming. Three agents break the door in and Neo beats all three of them to the floor before flying away. Just as he does, Agent Smith walks past and we see a second Agent Smith talk to him.
Back on the Nebuchenezzar, they have arrived at Zion. Morpheus is told that Commander Lock would like to see him. The Commander gives Morpheus a telling off, but Morpheus basically ignores what he says. When Neo and Trinity are in an elevator, they begin kissing but Trinity brushes him off when a load of people from Zion want Neo to look over their children in a God-like fashion. Meanwhile, Link goes to visit his wife and she tells of the death of Tank and Dozer (her brothers). Morpheus does a speech to the people of Zion, informing them of the impending disaster, but delivers a speech that gets the people ready for war. Niobe talks to Morpheus in a way that suggests they used to go out. Morpheus and Trinity kiss again before going off to have sex.
Two men are in the Matrix when Agent Smith beats them down and turns another one into another Agent Smith clone. Neo is told it’s time to see the Oracle. Link says goodbye to his family and one of the others gives him something from one of the orphans – a spoon (spoon boy from the first Matrix). Neo and Trinity kiss yet again before Neo is plugged back into the Matrix. As Neo arrives at the Oracle’s place, he is tested by Seraph. He passes the test in an exciting fight and then Seraph takes him to the Oracle. The Oracle tells him that he has to save everyone because if he doesn’t, Zion will fall. The Oracle leaves and Agent Smith turns up. Agent Smith tells Neo that he is now unplugged from the Matrix before a load of Agent Smith’s turn up. Neo beats down on the dozen or so Agent Smiths before another agent turns up and Smith turns him into Smith aswell. Soon enough, there are about 100 Agent Smith’s. With the help of a pipe, Neo fights them off long enough to get space to fly away.
As the Oracle advised, they go to see Merovingian. He introduces them to his wife Persephone. They ask him about the Keymaker and he refuses to tell them anything. However, as they are leaving, Persephone takes them to the Keymaker for one small price. They are met with resistance from about a dozen gunmen, Merovingian and the twins, who go after the Keymaker. Neo stops all the bullets that are shot at him and then kills all of the Merovingian’s minions with the help of the environment around him. It is down to Merovingian and Neo, but Merovingian runs for a door and closes it behind him. When Neo re-opens the door, the environment is different outside. Meanwhile, the twins are chasing the Keymaker as Morpheus and Trinity also give chase. The Keymaker uses his key to get through many tight spots, but the twins can fly through the doors and bullets don’t work against them. Trinity and the Keymaker drive away as Morpheus fights off the twins. Neo sees the twins as they left their door ajar but as he goes to re-open it, he is once again in a different environment. He phones Link, who tells him that he is 500 miles South away from Morpheus and Trinity.
As Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker drive onto the roads, they ask Link for a way out and it’s past the freeway, just as the twins ram them from behind in their car, whilst one twin shoots from the roof of the car. Niobe phones Link and he tells her where Morpheus is, as police chase Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker, but the police officers turn into agents. After running out of ammo and killing a few motorists, one of the twins floats through into Trinity and co’s car, trying to kill the Keymaker. Leaping from car to car and causing a huge pileup, one of the agents jumps to Trinity’s car and rips the roof off. However, Trinity brakes and the agent is thrown off of the car. The twin in their car is stabbed and leaves the car, but floats into the car that contains the other twin. Trinity and co pull over and Morpheus gets his katana out as the twins’ car approaches. Morpheus slides out of the way, slices part of the car off and as it falls on it’s side, shoots the fuel tank, blowing the car up and sending the twins sky high. Trinity grabs the Keymaker and jumps over the bridge, getting a motorbike. They ride off with many agents in hot pursuit. Morpheus gets the Keymaker to safety with some nice skills involving two trucks and his katana. The agents are still chasing Trinity. Morpheus fights with the agent on top of the truck and Morpheus eventually falls off of the truck after a beating from the agent, but lands on Niobe’s car. Morpheus sees that Keymaker will be killed, so he jumps back to the truck and kicks the agent off the truck and through a car, while the driver of the truck morphs into an agent. Another agent driving another truck U-turns his truck so that it will collide with the other truck. Just seconds before the explosion engulfs Morpheus and the Keymaker, Neo flies in and gets them out of trouble.
The Keymaker tells them that there is a door that must be opened, but the only way to open it is to cut the power to 27 blocks, so they must destroy a power station. Neo asks Trinity to stay out of the Matrix. A ship next to the Nebuchenezzar is attacked by Sentinels and blown up, causing everyone on that ship who was in the Matrix to die. The power station is blown up and all of the power for 27 blocks goes out. Trinity says she can’t stand and watch the others die, so she enters herself into the Matrix and the first scene from the film is played out again, where she rides the motorcycle into the building. Morpheus, Neo and the Keymaker are confronted by Agent Smith and soon enough a load of Agent Smiths run in and attack, as the Keymaker goes to safety in a door. Trinity uses a computer to ensure that the power stays down whilst the Keymaker opens the door for Neo and Morpheus. However, the Agents shoot the Keymaker but before he dies, he gives the keys to Neo, which he uses to open another door.
Here Neo meets the Architect, who created the Matrix (and is called the father of the Matrix while he refers to the Oracle as the mother of the Matrix). He tells Neo that is he the sixth One to enter through the door. Meanwhile, Trinity goes to the elevator but an agent is there who beats her down. The Architect explains that the 6th cycle is coming to an end and a 7th Zion will be born. Trinity fights back to no avail. The Architect continues that he has to pick 8 women and 7 men to create a new Zion and failure to do so will result in everyone still plugged into the Matrix being killed and everyone in Zion being killed, causing the end of the human race. There are two doors – one to Zion, saving the human race and one to Trinity, killing the human race. Neo takes the door to save Trinity. We see the scene again where Trinity dies, but Neo catches her before she falls this time. Neo pulls the bullet out but she dies anyway. However, Neo squeezes her heart and it begins pumping again. They kiss and Neo breaks the news to Morpheus that the prophecy was a lie. The Sentinels are back and have sent a bomb towards the Nebuchenezzar. They all get out just in time. Neo feels different, in that he can feel the Sentinels. He reaches out and he sends an electromagnetic shock at them, destroying them, before he collapses.
Niobe’s ship, the Hammer, arrives and they all get onboard, where Neo is still unconscious and in a comatose state. Morpheus is told that someone sabotaged the EMP bomb so that it went off early. Also, the Sentinels massacred Zion’s troops and suspisciously, only one survivor was found.

It is down to Merovingian and Neo, but Merovingian runs for a door and closes it behind him. When Neo re-opens the door, the environment is different outside. Meanwhile, the twins are chasing the Keymaker as Morpheus and Trinity also give chase. The Keymaker uses his key to get through many tight spots, but the twins can fly through the doors and bullets don’t work against them. Trinity and the Keymaker drive away as Morpheus fights off the twins. Neo sees the twins as they left their door ajar but as he goes to re-open it, he is once again in a different environment. He phones Link, who tells him that he is 500 miles South away from Morpheus and Trinity.
As Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker drive onto the roads, they ask Link for a way out and it’s past the freeway, just as the twins ram them from behind in their car, whilst one twin shoots from the roof of the car. Niobe phones Link and he tells her where Morpheus is, as police chase Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker, but the police officers turn into agents. After running out of ammo and killing a few motorists, one of the twins floats through into Trinity and co’s car, trying to kill the Keymaker. Leaping from car to car and causing a huge pileup, one of the agents jumps to Trinity’s car and rips the roof off. However, Trinity brakes and the agent is thrown off of the car. The twin in their car is stabbed and leaves the car, but floats into the car that contains the other twin. Trinity and co pull over and Morpheus gets his katana out as the twins’ car approaches. Morpheus slides out of the way, slices part of the car off and as it falls on it’s side, shoots the fuel tank, blowing the car up and sending the twins sky high. Trinity grabs the Keymaker and jumps over the bridge, getting a motorbike. They ride off with many agents in hot pursuit. Morpheus gets the Keymaker to safety with some nice skills involving two trucks and his katana. The agents are still chasing Trinity. Morpheus fights with the agent on top of the truck and Morpheus eventually falls off of the truck after a beating from the agent, but lands on Niobe’s car. Morpheus sees that Keymaker will be killed, so he jumps back to the truck and kicks the agent off the truck and through a car, while the driver of the truck morphs into an agent. Another agent driving another truck U-turns his truck so that it will collide with the other truck. Just seconds before the explosion engulfs Morpheus and the Keymaker, Neo flies in and gets them out of trouble.
The Keymaker tells them that there is a door that must be opened, but the only way to open it is to cut the power to 27 blocks, so they must destroy a power station. Neo asks Trinity to stay out of the Matrix. A ship next to the Nebuchenezzar is attacked by Sentinels and blown up, causing everyone on that ship who was in the Matrix to die. The power station is blown up and all of the power for 27 blocks goes out. Trinity says she can’t stand and watch the others die, so she enters herself into the Matrix and the first scene from the film is played out again, where she rides the motorcycle into the building. Morpheus, Neo and the Keymaker are confronted by Agent Smith and soon enough a load of Agent Smiths run in and attack, as the Keymaker goes to safety in a door. Trinity uses a computer to ensure that the power stays down whilst the Keymaker opens the door for Neo and Morpheus. However, the Agents shoot the Keymaker but before he dies, he gives the keys to Neo, which he uses to open another door.
Here Neo meets the Architect, who created the Matrix (and is called the father of the Matrix while he refers to the Oracle as the mother of the Matrix). He tells Neo that is he the sixth One to enter through the door. Meanwhile, Trinity goes to the elevator but an agent is there who beats her down. The Architect explains that the 6th cycle is coming to an end and a 7th Zion will be born. Trinity fights back to no avail. The Architect continues that he has to pick 8 women and 7 men to create a new Zion and failure to do so will result in everyone still plugged into the Matrix being killed and everyone in Zion being killed, causing the end of the human race. There are two doors – one to Zion, saving the human race and one to Trinity, killing the human race. Neo takes the door to save Trinity. We see the scene again where Trinity dies, but Neo catches her before she falls this time. Neo pulls the bullet out but she dies anyway. However, Neo squeezes her heart and it begins pumping again. They kiss and Neo breaks the news to Morpheus that the prophecy was a lie. The Sentinels are back and have sent a bomb towards the Nebuchenezzar. They all get out just in time. Neo feels different, in that he can feel the Sentinels. He reaches out and he sends an electromagnetic shock at them, destroying them, before he collapses.
Niobe’s ship, the Hammer, arrives and they all get onboard, where Neo is still unconscious and in a comatose state. Morpheus is told that someone sabotaged the EMP bomb so that it went off early. Also, the Sentinels massacred Zion’s troops and suspisciously, only one survivor was found.
