Though I would pop-in and let those who are interested know that Microsoft are on the final stages of Internet Explorer 8, which is currently in Release Candidate mode.
If you have a web site, you may wish to check it out before the final release, which will no doubt be in a few months, most likely before Windows 7 is out. IE 8 will be the browser included with Windows 7.
Quick tip:
If your site looks fine in IE 7, but you see it go mad in IE, add the code:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=[B]7[/B]">
within the <head>
element, or <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=[B]5[/B]">
for "quirks mode" to tide you over until you figure things out.If your site uses HTML and CSS standards that work well in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc, you should hopefully see that IE 8 also displays it correctly, though there may be a few exceptions.
