Right, my other computer.
*Somehow*, all the Windows files have disappeared. It's a long story, but I need your help.
I reboot the comp, so and so file wasn't found, and you're left with the command prompt.
I know what to do. I type my CD drive name, but it says invalid drive name. I've tried the other partition drive's name (D:), and it works, so I know I'm doing it right. I've tried F8 at startup etc.
THIS IS URGENT.
I basically need to know how to boot from CD (I've got my Windows XP CD in).
Bloody hell.
Cheers.
I rock.
Sorted it.
I went into BIOS, and set the primary Boot-Up routine from IDE to CD-ROM. It's installing XP as I type.
URJUNT I tells ya.
