I received frightening news today.
Sega have stopped making DC's!
What does this mean is the DC to be branded the next Saturn and vanish into thin air or will Sega keep going and try to fight off the persitent PS2 and the exciting X box?
Another thing according to some people Shenmue 2 is out in 1-2 years, but I have seen the video clip of the intro already. Surely Shenmue 2 is well under construction and these people are wrong?

Those pesky temporary consoles... they go through your house, steal your jewelry and sell your TV and VCR when your at work you know...
Shenmue wouldn't be released unless on a permanent console....

Well... its less that noone believed them... more that if you dont own a Saturn, your chances of reading a SEGA Saturn mag are pretty slim... and if you did, you may think them a little biased...

And so the Saga continues...and which console will Shenmue 3 be on? And will we NEED a console to play games on in the future? Everything is changing. I'll tell you what though - I remember when the Sega Saturn Magazine people said the Saturn was better than the Playstation - no one believed them (except for those who had Nights and PDS), and they bought PS instead (well done - good choice), and now that ODM is telling us Dreamcas is better than PS2 - we all believe them, but no one will be able to get one :( as they're stopping making them. At least the DC value will go up in the 2nd Hand market!
And Shenmue 2 is still to be made....
I heard earlier that Shenmue should be out in America around November time - we usually have to wait a few months after that for the UK release!!
