I've heard of the Eels, I've got their Beautiful Freak album, and I think they're pretty good. Standout track for me on that album is Susan's House..
But then the 'charts are dominated by rubbish' because of the corporate backing. Bands like Hear'Say go to number one because they're record company spend *millions* on promoting their so called "music". Still, I have a good feeling about Radiohead's next album, 'Amnesiac' being givin the recognition that it deserves at the start of June.. oh, and the new 'phonics album is good as well!!

who gives a sh*t anyway? people but what they want to buy, and lis**tento what they want to lis**ten, you people are the kind of people who love a band and go on and on about how they should be recognised, and when they finally get chart success you hate them because they've "become soooo comercial" go and put your chain back on your baggy trousers, and your too long belt, and lis**ten to slikpot or who ever is 'in' to be 'out' to be 'in'.

The Charts today are not relly about the Music any more, The band with the biggest buddget normaly wins. Take West Life, Music is Complete rubbish but because they look pretty and have made it on telly people know of them, but my favourite band (Eels) no body has heard of, the charts today are filled with people who think they can get by with backing tracks I mean have you ever heard a boy band group sing well on their own? People today are forced to listen to a type of music and are not allowed to make up their own mind
