That's what neds/radgies/townies are doing these days.
Only yesterday I was walking through Partick (sort of 'hard' area), where loads of neds hang about. But it's not just teenagers and younger kids that are the neds, but it's parents as well.
For example, when I was just outside a games shop, I see a woman dragging her son out (son aged 7 or 8) of the shop by his arm before shouting at him, "Don' you f**'n do tha' again, ya f**'n cheeky s**t!".
And it actually saddens me to see a parent like that. Her son is obviously going to grow up as a ned as well, and then he'll get married to some other neddy tart and they'll produce yet another litter of kids that just don't know what they're being turned into.
It's so annoying to see this population turn into a bunch of vicious, over-the-top and un-educated scumbags, but it just can't be helped, and that's what's so frustrating about it.

If you look in the topic entitled "Scumbags" in this forum you'll see I've posted my plans to get rid of NEDs when I become prime minister. Just remember to vote for my party in a few years and they'll be off to a a new colony far away from us. YAY ME!
